Here is the new one, born @ 8am 19 Dec 2006 named Waddles (*cough* for obvious reasons), we had already lost one of the chicks and thought we lost this one too, found it outside the nest freezing cold, barely moving. A quick trip to the house, some heat and love and all is good. This one is a character.
Unfortunately that same night our beautiful baby ginger cat name Andy was chasing a big mean cat away at dinner time and was run over by a car out the front of our house. Not only does this stretch claim kangaroos, rabbits & birds now our cat. The worst thing? Our animals are rarely allowed to venture anywhere outside of their areas. The cats are locked away in the garage or house most of the time and only come out in the morning and evening for a stretch and play. Of all the animals we have Andy was my favourite and the most lovable. I will miss him dearly.
